## n8n Customer Feedback Survey Template

Collect fast, lightweight customer feedback with this **n8n automation template**. It includes a responsive HTML feedback form featuring a 1-5 star rating and optional message field. All submissions are saved to an **n8n Data Table**, including any query-string context (like `userId` or `source`) and users are redirected to a branded "Thank you" page - no external tools required.

### How it works
* Form page (`/feedback`): Displays a styled HTML form with customizable text, colors and button labels.  
* POST handler (`/feedback`): Processes form data and stores `rating`, `message` and query parameters in a Data Table.  
* Confirmation page: Shows a clean success screen after successful submission.  
* 100% n8n-native: Built entirely with n8n nodes (Webhook, HTML, Data Table, Set, Respond to Webhook).

### Use cases
* Collect quick **CSAT/NPS-style feedback** after support chats or free trials.  
* Embed a simple feedback form on landing pages or inside your product.  
* Attribute feedback to marketing sources by passing URL parameters (e.g. `?plan=pro&source=email`).

### Setup
1. Import the template and **publish** both webhooks (`GET /feedback` for the form, `POST /feedback` for submissions).  
2. Open **Form Configuration** to adjust text, labels and button text and confirm your POST URL.  
3. (Optional) Edit **Theme Configuration** to match your brand style (colors, radius, shadow, max width).  
4. Verify or customize the **Data Table** mapping.  
5. Visit the form URL, submit test feedback and confirm entries in the Data Table.

### Requirements
* Runs entirely within **n8n** - no external integrations or credentials needed.

### Privacy notes
* Only submitted fields are stored.  
* URL query parameters are saved as JSON for campaign attribution or debugging.
