We are an IT service provider from Radstadt in Salzburg, Austria. We automate business processes with n8n, connect them to the systems companies already run and build AI agents that work with their data.

What we do

We plan, build and run automation in n8n, from a single process to workflows across the whole company. Our services cover consulting, implementation and support.

We connect n8n to the systems companies already use. That includes IT service management such as Matrix42, ServiceNow and Jira as well as ERP and accounting software. Our Matrix42 node for n8n is open source and verified by n8n.

We build AI agents into these workflows, with cloud models or with models that run on your own hardware when data has to stay in-house.

For Microsoft 365 and Confluence we offer templates and solution packages that keep SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID and Confluence in order.

How we work

We start with the process and its data. Only then do we choose the tools and build.

What we build belongs to you. Workflows run in your n8n and rules are configuration you can read and change.

We share what we learn: free n8n templates on n8n.io, code on GitHub and articles on our blog.

Where we are

Alexander Schnabl and Michael Stücklschweiger founded S&S Technologies GmbH in 2021. The company is based in Radstadt, Salzburg. We work with companies in German and English, across the German-speaking region and beyond.
